It’s a Sunday night, and I just got my kids in bed. My brain is just starting to deescalate from a long summer weekend – you get me? I had high hopes of getting so much more done this weekend but knew I needed the rest too. And you know what I realized? There is really only one thing that stands in our way from creating the life and health we want.
The F word.
Did you think I was talking about another f word? ha.
The truth is that FEAR is what stops us in our tracks when it comes to achieving better vitality. Think about it: Why do you not start the habits and lifestyle changes you know will help you feel better? Why do you keep staying in the toxic job or relationship? Why do you find yourself in the same symptom patterns over and over again? At the end of the day it is fear.
Fear of losing control.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of failure.
Fear of what you may feel.
Fear of what you may lose when you pivot and surrender.
If there is anything that has been a theme these past few years on a global level, it has been FEAR. And where has it left us? Our nervous systems are more dysregulated than ever before. An increasing amount of chronic illness and debilitating symptoms. We aren’t living our best lives and we know it.
It is ALL vibrational.
This is the thing: We will only vibrationally match to what we are a current energetic match to.
If you no longer want fear to dominate your cellular being, whether conscious or subconscious, you need to input a new program. Because fear can be and is a good thing, but not all the time, and definitely not something we want to linger in our being. With fear, the brain’s response tells your adrenal glands to send cortisol, glucose and adrenaline into the bloodstream. When this becomes chronic, we see inflammation and dis-ease ensue.
What if you could let your body know it was safe to stop running?
