Have you heard of Mind Body Spirit Release? It’s incredible work, and if you haven’t heard about it before, I want to introduce it to you!
See, 95% of your mind’s activity is ruled by the subconscious. Dr Bruce Lipton in his book “The Biology of Belief” explains that the subsconscious is essentially programmed in the first seven years of life. In these early years the brain operates mostly in the theta and alpha wave lengths, the same frequencies as under hypnosis or during deep meditation state. Essentially, he shares that the first seven years of life are critical to who we become the rest of our lives.
During those first seven years, and prior in utero and through the DNA, we are likely to pick up emotional and spiritual patterns or traumas. As master MBSR practitioner Amanda Mirabella states “Seemingly smaller life events impact our subconscious mind as well, but we often can’t put our finger on what incites unwanted emotions and physiological responses. Instead of being directed by these subconscious reactions, MBSR helps us to recognize what is impacting our emotions and behavior, and “deactivate” the reactions.”
By using a form of binary biofeedback, known as muscle testing, the MBSR practitioner measures a response to different stimuli, such as emotions, limiting beliefs, hormones, neurotransmitters and more. Because the body retains cellular memories and can recall them when provoked, it can also unlearn this response. Once the practitioner has identified what is impairing the body, she then mitigates these stressors through cold laser therapy. A cold laser light is used over acupressure points to calm the nervous system response and release the negative imprints stored in the subconscious. This can be done in person or virtually, as all the energy in the field is connected. Once the body has cleared these stressors, many typically feel immense relief that has powerful benefits for their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Mind Body Spirit Release isn’t a solve all. Truly, the practitioner is helping as a guide for the client to do the work, and action steps are measured and given that will best serve the client’s wellness path. It fits in well with a holistic and comprehensive approach when it comes to full body health. Because the body stores traumas and patterns in different ways and layers, it is recommended to do multiple sessions to see the most cumulative benefits. It’s important to not rush the process and listen to the body in what order and direction it wants to take with releasing.
